SEATTLE, Wash. – La Salle women's soccer dropped a 3-0 decision to No. 20 Portland (4-1-0) on Sunday in the Husky/Nike Invitational. 
 
The Pilots scored early in the game with junior Kendall Johnson finding the back of the net at the five-minute mark. 
 
The Explorers (2-2-0) recorded nine shots in the game and La Salle goalkeeper Gabby Pakhtigian made eight saves.
 
The Explorers return to Philadelphia to play in the Villanova (1-3-1) tournament next weekend, facing Seton Hall (5-0-0) on Friday at 1pm and Villanova on Sunday at 4:30pm.
