Jennifer White joined La Salle Men's Rowing staff in the fall of 2022 and is in her second season as the Volunteer Director of Operations in 2023-24.

White was a 4-year Division I athlete at Drexel University mainly competing as a recruited walk-on for tennis with a unique opportunity to join the women's squash team her junior and senior year. In fall of her senior year, she left tennis to walk on to the rowing team culminating in a Dad Vail Gold in the Women's 2^nd Varsity 8+ category. She finished her collegiate athletic career competing at Women's Henley in July of 2018. White graduated in 2019 with her BS in Sport Management and minor in Business. 

Jennifer fell into real estate after graduating and is currently a Construction Operations Manager at a large industrial real estate firm. Having difficulty letting go of college athletics, she had the opportunity to assist the men's rowing program the best way she knows how, through coordinating race day logistics and curating team events. She really enjoys working alongside this young staff and is excited to see the program develop.
