Philadelphia, PA - The La Salle volleyball program recently announced the final addition to its 2009 roster. Samantha Tulskie has signed her National Letter of Intent and will round out the 2009-10 freshmen class.

The Springfield, PA native was a four-year varsity starter at Springfield High School. During her tenure at Springfield, Tulskie was a three-time team MVP and two-time Delaware County Player of the Year. A three-sport athlete who participated in volleyball, basketball and lacrosse, Tulskie was tagged as the outstanding female athlete at Springfield.

She was also a First Team All-Central Conference selection four times and a First Team All-Delaware County selection three times.

Aside from athletics, Tulskie was a member of the honor roll at Springfield and also was a dance-a-thon committee member which raised money for cancer research.

Tulskie will be joined by Breanna Mazalewski, Lauren Noga and Kelly Scanlon as freshmen in 2009-10.
