Camilli Earns A-10 All-Conference Honors Philadelphia, PA - Juniors Colleen Bolger (Berlin, NJ/Eastern Regional) and Sara Camilli (Langhorne, PA/Neshaminy) earned post season honors today, Thursday, November 6, 2003 as the Atlantic 10 announced the 2003 Field Hockey All-Conference Team. Bolger anchored a La Salle defense that posted three shutouts on the season and allowed one less goal than La Salle scored despite having 69 less shots and 56 less corners. The junior from Berlin, NJ, posted a 2.61 goals against average along with a .781 save percentage, which ranked fourth in the league. Her 2.61 GAA is the lowest La Salle has seen in a decade, and makes her tenth in Goals Against Avergae all-time in a season. With 143 saves this season, Bolger ups her total to 477, making her third all time in career saves. The three shutouts recorded this season by the Explorers makes her fifth all-time in season shutouts, and fourth in career shutouts with four. Bolger also set a new record for herself in minutes in goals with 1380. The 1380 makes her third all-time in minutes in goal in a single season at La Salle. Camilli was an Atlantic 10 All-Conference team selection after leading the 2003 La Salle squad in both goals with 11 and points with 27, she was second in assists with five. Camilli's 11 goals on the season ties her for sixth in goals in a single season at La Salle. Her 27 points on the year makes her second all-time at La Salle for points in a season and her 5 assists ties her for eighth in assists in a single season.
