Jess Balmer Position: Volunteer Assistant Alma Mater: Delaware Graduated: 2005

Jess Balmer will volunteer her services to the Explorer field hockey staff this season. A 2005 graduate of the University of Delaware, Balmer finished her career tied for the Blue Hens' career mark for games played.
At Delaware Balmer was an STX/NFHCA All-American and Colonial League All-Conference pick. She served as a tri-captain her senior year and was a two-time CAA Academic Honor Roll member.
She has served as an assistant at Council Rock North (PA) and the Springside School.
She earned her bachelors degree in Education and is currently pursuing a masters in the discipline here at La Salle.
