Villanova, PA - The La Salle men's tennis team traveled to Villanova University on Thursday morning for their final road match of the regular season, but a straight sweep in singles and doubles awarded the Wildcats with the home victory, 7-0.

At No. 6 singles, senior Chris Butera won the first set over junior John Magliano, 6-4. Magliano capitilazed in the second set with a 6-4 advantage and then went on to pick up the win with a 10-7 score at the third set.

The Explorers (3-8) will have the weekend off from competition but will return on Tuesday to host Temple at 3:30 PM in the final regular season home match.
