Lakewood, NJ -- Steve Sieracki improved his score by five strokes and carded a 75 in the final round for a 21st place finish at the Monmouth Invitational on Sunday afternoon.

All four Explorers bested their first round score as the team brought in a 10th place finish. Sieracki's two-round total of 155 was 11 strokes over on the par 70 course at Eagle Ridge.

The winner posted a total of five under.

Mike Benzinger placed 39th at 19 over par with a 79 on the second day after shooting 83 on Saturday.

Sam Venuti improved his second round by a stroke with an 81.

Tyler Batory also shaved three strokes off of his score by holing and 83.

The Explorers return to action at the St. Peter's Invitational on April 14th.
