This is Coach Zateveski's second season coaching the offensive line. He is a graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School in 1991, Mark earned a scholarship to the University of Notre Dame, where he was a three year starter and letter winner for offensive line coach Joe Moore and head football coach Lou Holtz. Mark graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in American Studies and also in History. Mark was chosen as a preseason All-American before the 1994 season. In his Senior year... Mark was 1 of 23 players chosen nationally for the Hitachi Scholar Athlete team and was voted 2nd Team Academic All -American for the 1994 season. In High School at Bishop McDevitt, Mark was voted first team All -Catholic his senior year in football, basketball, and track. He was selected 1st team All -State in football by the Associated Press for Pennsylvania and played in the prestigious Big 33 game. Recently, Mark was selected to the 1st team at O-Line for Ted Silary's Daily News All 30 year team for the City of Philadelphia. Mark has coached at several levels starting with the offense for the Abington Raiders in "Pop Warner" in 2003, the offensive and defensive lines with Germantown Academy in 2004, and the offensive line/ assistant offensive coordinator with his alma mater Bishop McDevitt High School in 2005. |
