PHILADELPHIA - Sophomore Rashad Little was named Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week and freshman Wayne Bartholomew earned conference Rookie of the Week honors, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

Little picked up two first place finishes and Bartholomew added another as the Explorers ran past the competition at the Delaware Invitational last Friday. The Explorers won the meet with 203 points, 100 better than second-place American.

Little captured gold in both the 60-meter and 200-meter dashes as he clocked a 7.15 and 23.19 respectively.

Bartholomew earned a winning 500 meter dash time of 1:07.28.

The Atlantic 10 honors are the first of Little's and Bartholomew's respective careers.

The track and field squad returns to action on Friday (1/15) when the Explorers head up to the Armory in New York City for the annual Gotham Cup meet.
