Swimming & Diving to Compete at Atlantic 10 Championships

BUFFALO, NY - The La Salle University men's and women's swimming and diving teams open up the 2008 Atlantic 10 Championship this afternoon at the Flickinger Aquatics Center in Buffalo, NY. The Explorer men placed fourth at the 2007 A-10 Championships, while the women finished sixth.

 

Head Coach Matt Nunnally recently sat down to share his thoughts on the upcoming championships. That interview can be seen free of charge on La Salle All-Access, or by clicking the link at the top of the page.

 

The action will be streamed live on the conference website. Fans can subscribe beginning Thursday, February 21, for the cost of $9.95 per day, or purchase the three-day subscription for $20.95. Wednesday's events will be offered free of charge.


 

 

 

The championship begins this afternoon at 4:30 PM with the one-meter diving trials. That evening, the one-meter diving finals will be held, along with the finals of the men's and women's 200-yard medley and 800-yard freestyle relays. The competition resumes at 10:30 AM on Thursday.
