PHILADELPHIA - La Salle senior swimmer Shannon Duval earned her league-leading fifth Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week honor for her record-setting performance in the team's win over St. Francis (PA) this past weekend.

Duval set a new program record in the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 1:52.32 to also capture first place. She also continued to dominate the 200 yard breaststroke event, winning it this week by over 11 seconds with a time of 2:16.93.

Duval was also the second leg of the winning 200 yard medley relay, as she combined with teammates Jess Carbin, Aubrey Cefalo and Holly Biro to swim a 1:48.60.

The Explorers return to action on Wednesday (2/3) when they head to Penn for a 5:00 PM meet in Sheerr Pool.
