The Independence Blue Cross Fitness Center

The Independence Blue Cross Fitness Center is the main hub for recreation at La Salle. The 3,000 square foot Fitness Center is located adjacent to Newman Hall on South Campus.

The ground floor of the Fitness Center features a variety of machines and free weights. The loft has been dedicated to cardiovascular equipment, including treadmills, stationary bikes, stairclimbers and elliptical machines.

Also included in the Fitness Center are two locker rooms, which include showers, bathrooms and locker space. Additional storage space for personal items is available for free at the front desk.

The Independence Blue Cross Fitness Center is open to all members of the La Salle Community, including current students, faculty and staff.

Monday thru Thursday: 7:00 am - 11:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

Power Lifting Area
2 Upright Bikes
1 Recumbent Bike

2nd Floor:

5 Treadmills
8 Elliptical Trainers 
1 Recumbent Bike

Fitness orientation sessions are offered to familiarize patrons with cardio and strength equipment.
